So, why should you work with us? Cruz Custom Homes is capable of taking care of virtually everything related to buying, designing and building custom homes. If you don’t have a realtor yet, it’s no problem, because we work with realtors all over the city, and will introduce you to one that will help you find the right location.

We are a full-service design and construction firm. We design custom homes from the foundation up, working closely with clients to lock down everything from the foundation and frame itself to countertops, cabinetry, chairs, fireplaces, floors, window coverings, landscaping and beyond.

Partnerships with Local Realtors

We work very closely with realtors, who are able to help our customers to find the home construction sites that meet the criteria they are looking for.

Meeting with the Architect

Once a customer has chosen a site, they are able to sit down with our architect and discuss choices for a floor plan design.

The Interview Process

Our architects spend a great deal of time getting to know our customers through a detailed interview process. This helps the architect to understand what type of house the client is looking for (modern or traditional, e.g.) and what their lifestyle is like (whether they have a big or small family, how much time they spend entertaining, etc.). With this information, the architect is able to suggest a variety of options for home design to accommodate a client’s needs.

The Perfect Plan

The client and architect will work through as many versions of the floor plan as needed until the design is perfect. We walk customers through every step of the process.

Partnerships with Interior Designers

We also partner clients with their own personal interior designer as they choose trims, finishes, moldings and anything else to customize in the process.

We spend as much time as necessary with clients, discussing the cost and efficiencies of different design and structural solutions. We thoroughly analyze floor plans with you and the architect in order to create a unique home that is customized to you and your lifestyle. We strongly believe your home should make you feel proud, and we are committed to developing a plan to accommodate everything a homeowner needs and wants, on time and within budget.

After plans have been approved and finalized constructions begins. Via our website, clients are able to log in to their personal home project and observe its progress through photos and log books, anytime of day or night. That means on their desktop computer or their mobile device! Our certified contractors keep detailed and up-to-date records on all projects and the website is updated regularly.
